Here are some homes, recently sold in the same area
as Lloyd Thayer. According to these comparisons, it
looks like we could go in way under 150K. Most all of
these homes had more square footage and an extra 1
or 2 Bedrooms. Please, see what you can do.

I talked to Luz today and we are getting together
sometime this week. Remember I told you about losing
my lawn mower. The grass is really long and I am
having someone come this weekend. Please make the
appt for the new owners for next week.
I understand everyone is anxious, so am I. You need to
be firm with the lady, she will try to pressure you
several times, just tell her "no" and make it next week!
